of Crawfordsville, AR
October 7, 1932 - August 12, 2021
Clifton Neil Sain, age 88, passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife, son, and daughter-in-law on August 12, 2021, at his home in Crawfordsville, Arkansas after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Neil was born in October, 1932 in Collierville, Tennessee to Clifton and Mary Sain.
Neil was a successful, hard working contractor that touched the lives of many and was very well respected and loved within his community. An avid hunter and fisherman, Neil was known by many as the rabbit/squirrel/raccoon "DOG MAN"! Many hunting and fishing trips with Neil will leave an everlasting memory that will be told over & over, ALWAYS ending in laughter!
Neil's memory will be cherished by his wife of 64 years, Mary Sain (Libby); children, the late Diane Criner (Mel) and Jack Sain (Angela); grandchildren Morgan Wilkins (Matt) and Jodi East (Michael); and great grandchildren Mila Wilkins and Mellie East. Neil is also survived by his sister Lavelle Pannell, and his brother Melvin D. Sain (Shelby)
The family wishes to thank Arkansas Home Hospice Providers for the thoughtful care and professional service they gave to Neil.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Neil's life with a memorial service at Roller-Citizen's Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
