David L. Fritz, 76, of Jordan, AR passed away August 10, 2021 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born April 20, 1945 to the late Herman and Jacqueline Fritz in Detroit, MI.
David attended Benedictine High School and University of Michigan. While at Benedictine he played various sports and was on the Detroit All City Football roster. He served in the US Army from 1963-1967.
David traveled extensively throughout Europe and the world employed by S&H Motivational Travel. He relocated to Chicago where he met his "young bride" Mary. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie, Strutgart, Germany; David,Berwyn, Il; and Anthony (Emily),Lemont, IL; grandchildren Nevan and Finnigan; sister Jennette Durling, Benzonia, MI; brother, Fred Fritz, Casa Grande, AZ; Jacqueline McClellan, Jacksonville, FL; puppygirl, Odie May. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Fritz.
David and Mary moved to Arkansas in 1997 and started a business originally called "The Packaging Store" which was later named "Fritz Transport" in Mt. Home. In 2010, David started Fritz Industries which operated as an on site crating business.
David served as Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mtn. Home. He was also a member of Kiwanis and served on various advisory boards in Mt. Home.

RIP, Brother Dave...you will be greatly missed.
Dave was one of a disappearing breed. He was an original Good Guy, People who are generous and have good values and work hard are the salt of the earth. I will miss his stories.
