Ethel Elizabeth Lowrance, 82, of Shirley, Arkansas passed peacefully from this life on July 11, 2021 at her home. She was born July 24, 1938 in Binger, Oklahoma to the late Troy and Milda (Harness) Williams.

I’m so sorry to hear about Ethel. She was a great neighbor to Mom and Dad for lots of years. We loved having her and Robert as neighbors and she will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Ethel here at Baptist in Heber she was one of a kind. The last time I talked to her when she was in the hospital she was in so much pain now she is pain free. Praying for the family

My Sweet Nanny was one of a kind. She was tough, loving and one of the strongest women I’ve ever met in my life. I am so grateful for all of the memories we had.
