Pamela Susette Layton-Haggins (Pam), 63, of Springdale, AR passed away on Sunday, July 4th. Â She was the daughter of the late Robert Layton,Jr of West Helena and Christine Layton-Piercy of West Helena, AR.Â
 Pam graduated from PCCC in 1981 and was a devoted ER nurse until 2017 when a stroke cut her career short. She worked at Helena Regional Medical Center, St Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock, Clarksdale, MS, and across the US as a travel nurse.
Pam is survived by her mother, Christine Layton-Piercy (Laymon); two brothers, Jeff Layton (Ginger Cummings-Layton) of Conway, AR and Ronnie Layton of West Helena; one sister, Kim Layton-Siano (Patrick) of Eads, TN; three sons, Robert ''Robbie'' Haggins,Jr and Scottie Haggins of West Helena and Chad (Jennifer) Haggins of Springdale, AR; five grandchildren , Ryan Haggins  and Serenity Haggins of West Helena, Abagail Haggins of Little Rock , Brandon Haggins of West Helena and Allivia Haggins of Jackson, MS. Â
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Layton, Jr,; grandparents, Robert and Evelyn Layton of Patterson, AR and Willie ''Pete'' Smith of Ferguson, AR and Margaret Smith of West Helena; one brother, Mike Layton of Pocahontas, AR; and one sister, Kathryn Layton.
A service for Pam Haggins will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Fred Garrison will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Layton, Robert Walker, Patrick Siano, Noah Siano, Ryan Haggins and Robbie Haggins.Â
Funeral services will be provided by Roller Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena, AR, (870) 572-2571.
