Sad to learn of the loss of Ricky. Always enjoyed visiting with him at Joe T. Robinson Class Reunions, the latest in 2017. He always seemed upbeat and positive...even with health issues…and loved to talk about his cars (past & present). Another classmate gone, but not forgotten. My sincere condolences to his entire family. Charlotte George Moore (1977 Classmate)

To hear this news was very sad to me. BUT, we know where he will spend eternity. Jesus has welcomed Ricky Home and that is the good news. To have know Ricky from elementary thru high school graduation was a pleasure. We all knew where Ricky's heart was, loving his family and his cars. He was always kind and considerate to all he met. May God give you all His peace and comfort as only He can, knowing Ricky is worshipping at the feet of Jesus. No more pain, no more worry, he's healed and whole and for that we can be thankful.
Teresa,
Please know my prayers are with you and your family at this time.
I met Ricky in 2nd grade. Baker Elementary was so small that we were all in the same class every year. We knew each other like family. We spent the next 11 years in school together and through all those years Ricky never changed...he was kind, handsome, loved his family, and loved cars. We reconnected at reunions over the years and just a few weeks ago, had a nice long phone conversation. He leaves behind a world that is much better for having had him in it, and he will be greatly missed by so many. To his wife, children and family, my deepest condolences.

I have known Ricky since he was a teenager and helped him with parts for his cars. He was always such a talker about his family and his cars. He would just stop by and visit with us and we really enjoyed his company. He was so proud of his cars and his boys. He enjoyed working at his job as well.
