February 26, 1946 - June 7, 2021
Jo Ann Clem, 75, of West Memphis, AR, passed away Monday, June 7, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Clem was born on February 26, 1946, to Mr. Joe Griggs and Mrs. Bessie Vance in Alabama.
Jo Ann had many ways to spend her free time. She loved to, watch Rifleman and a little football (As long as Tom Brady was playing), and listen to Alan Jackson. She also loved the outdoors; she would spend time in her garden, or go fishing with her husband Veral, ride her bike and even go for a swim. Jo was a devoted housewife and mother; devoting the largest amount of her life to her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Tony Clem, and a brother, Norman Griggs. Carrying on her legacy are her two sons, Jeffery Lynn Clem, (Carolyn), and Terry Clem; one daughter, Darla Freeman; grandchildren, Courtney McGregor, Paige Clem, Nicole Clem, and Cassidy Siddons; great-grandchildren, Everleigh Clements, Anna Leigh Clements, Logan Clements, Levi Condery, and Livia Henriques; and sisters, Betty Brewington, Sylvia Fisher, and Norma Jean "Cricket."
We are all so sorry for your tremendous loss. May God be with you all.
