August 10, 1930 - May 23, 2021

Helen Ruth Foley, age 90, passed from this life on Sunday May 23, 2021. She was born on August 10, 1930, in Clay County, AR, to Robert and Grace Williams. She moved to Des Arc with her father and siblings after the death of her mother. She lived there until she moved to Little Rock in the late 1950's. Helen worked at Westinghouse until she retired.

She was also the best dumplin' cook you could ask for and the grandmother everyone wished they had. Helen will be missed by everyone that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Foley, brother Bud Williams, grandsons, Jimmy and Michael Pearrow, son-in-law Bill Baker and granddaughter-in-law, Elizabeth Baker.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Baker, Donna Harrison (Jim) and Carla Fugate (Allen), her sisters Jo Jones and Tiny Wright, grandchildren, Todd Clifton, Jodie Rico (Roger), Candi Sibley, Bill Baker, Jr. (Cricket), Tony Clifton (Erma), Brian Baker, Lela Folsom, Kevin Clifton and Loryn Fugate and many great and great great-grandchildren.

I meet this beautiful soul 33 years ago. I was very blessed to have such a loving, and caring lady to come into my life. I will cherish the time, I spent as her grand son in law, and my heart felt condolences and prayers to this great family in this time of sorrow and loss.
