Melinda Lee Neal was born to Columbus Price and Shirley Neal in Jonesboro, Arkansas on November 6, 1957. She was promoted to glory on Saturday, May 15, 2021 in Royal, Arkansas. She was 63 years young.
Melinda worked at Tyson Foods in Waldron for almost 26 years. She and Noel Vincent lived in Cedar Creek, Arkansas and they enjoyed many things together including, biking, four wheeling, camping, hunting, watching movies and cooking for a crowd. In their home the coffee was always hot, the food was always southern, the fellowship was always great and the hugs were always free. It was always a treat to be able to eat in the kitchen at the Vincent household. They were always better together and will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her father, Columbus Price Neal and one son, Ben Alexander Glenn.
She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Glenn Hodges and husband Nathan of Wynne, Arkansas; one son, Robert Austin Glenn and wife Trish of Punta Gorda, Florida; her mother, Shirley Neal of Rogers; her sister, Roselyn Laird and husband James of Rogers; one stepdaughter, Brittney Vincent of Royal; two step sons, Levi Vincent of Tennessee and Ben Vincent of Mena; three grandchildren, Mattison Leigh Hodges, Katie Alice Hodges and Ben James Glenn; three nieces, one nephew, three great nieces, two great nephews and her beloved dog, Duffy Fudge.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Cedar Creek Community Church in Waldron officiated by Rev. Mark Ward. Burial will follow in Sanders Cemetery in Waldron under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Memorial contributions may be made in Melinda's memory to the Cedar Creek Cemetery Association.
