Martha will be missed, fond memories of us in Junior High, we both moved from Oklahoma to Arkansas on Thanksgiving break. Her from Poteau and me from Wagner. When we arrived at Conway Jr. High after the break (both new) everyone thought we were cousins. She always was a great friend.

My dearest sister Martha Lou, known in my earliest years as Mok, i bring from the heart the fondest memories of my youth. The walks to church in Poteau with the whole family to the bringing you and Nicole to my wife and my wedding some 29years ago to the last phone call we had that ended with an I love you from each of us to the other. You and I as kids always had God in our hearts as we would walk to church from commerce road down to a little church by virco😇🙏🏻I could not ask for a more supportive sister to keep me in the Lord’s hands. And for that I thank you. You helped assure my place in heaven with you when my time comes. And i shall never forget the time on sunset blvd when our limousine broke down and while we waited for a replacement she got out and was talking to people like she knew them her entire life and I realized where we were on a Friday night and we will leave the true story that the man in the suit who let’s just say was seeking employees at midnight in Hollywood California on a midnight drive on Sunset. She laughed so hard when I explained to her what was going on she did that laugh where she would make a snorting sound. God I miss that laugh! And you can sell your stock in sunflower seeds and macaroni, they will miss their largest consumer. Her heart as big as they come, her caring for those in need unmatched and her love for all who knew her, unmatchable. I will miss you every day sis, my heart will stay broken, but thank God for your beautiful grandkids who will keep you with me until our heavenly reunion. Love to you forever, memories to get us to that day. I love and miss you. Love Your baby brother forever AMEN

My heart goes out to Nicole, Billy Jack, and Martha's siblings. It just seems like yesterday that Bill introduced her to the family. Martha was so funny and really could light up a room with her bubbly personality. I hope in time that family and friends will be comforted by these good memories and how Martha touched each of our lives for the better.
