Charlene (Kelley) Outlaw, 66 of Clarksville, AR., passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 in Clarksville, AR. Charlene was born November 11, 1954 in Inglewood, CA to her parents Freeman and Ruth Helen (Bailey) Kelley. Charlene was dedicated and loved her Lord and Savior. She ministered many years to all around her telling them the good news about her Lord. Charlene was a dedicated wife to James for 47 years. She was a loving daughter, sister, mom, and Granny.

Charlene is preceded in death by her parents, parents Freeman and Ruth Helen (Bailey) Kelley, and two sisters: Joan Leslie Kelley and Joann Kelley.

Charlene is survived by her spouse of 47 years James Outlaw of Clarksville; one son, Jason Charles Outlaw of Victorville, CA; one daughter, Connie Diane (Nicholas) Hunter of Dakota City, IA; two grandsons, Matthew Hunter and Jacob Hunter; one sister, Denise Kelley of Clarksville; and host of friends and church family.
