Mozella (White) Hamby, 92, of Calico Rock passed away Friday, April 23, 2021.
She was born April 23, 1929 in Cartney, Arkansas to Thomas White and Snoda (Dale) White.
Mozella worked for Baxter Laboratory for 14 years; and caretaker for her husband, who was a disabled veteran. She enjoyed quilting; making peach pies and peanut brittle which she generously gave away.
Survivors include her two sons; Paul Hamby and his wife, Joyce of Calico Rock and Philip Hamby and his wife, Donna of Mountain Home; three grandchildren, Sean Hamby, Danny Hamby and Jennifer McFarland; and three great-grandchildren, Molli Hamby, John W. McFarland, and June Lorilei McFarland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junius Earnest Hamby; one brother, Jerry Lee White, one sister, Delberta Pinkston; and one grandson, Lonnie Hamby.
Pallbearers are Jason Bruggeman, Kenny Hamby, Doran White, Denny Hamby, Greg Hamby, and Jacob Bruggeman.
Graveside services will begin at 11:00 am Monday, May 3, 2021 at Table Rock Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Eddie Thornley officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Monday, May 3, 2021 at Table Rock Community Center.
I am going to miss my talks with her so bad. I would call her and we would both giggle like teenagers. She would of say (I sure wish you lived closer we.Would have a ball) She was a great and good person. See ya on the other side Mozy love you

So, So Sorry to have lost my oldest cousin, Mozella!!! Sure enjoyed all the White Family Reunions that she had so much she had added to them and thankful for the pictures we got of her there! I was so thankful for the quilting and her love for her family!!!
Paul, Phillip and all Mozella's Family, Sorry for your loss, I know Mozella will be missed. We always looked forward to visiting with her, We would stop by and visit with her when we came down to the Folk Festival.
