Norma Dale Gentry, 88, of North Little Rock, AR, went to be with Jesus on December 30, 2020. She was born January 3, 1932. Norma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jasper Loyd Gentry, parents, Nora and James Howard, her sons, Everett ''Butch'' Mobbs, Donald Gentry, daughter, Connie Strozyk, grandson, Michael Gentry, brothers, Earnest Howard, Lloyd Howard, sisters, Louise Elder and Thelma Busby.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Billy (Sherri) Goss, Rodger (Joy) Gentry, Dean (Sherrie) Gentry, 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Norma retired after 30 years of service from North American Phillips Lighting Division in Little Rock. Many who knew Norma remembered her for her strong faith, her love of Jesus, a great cook, nurturer, and the passionate love she had for her family. Before her residence at the Lakes at Maumelle, she loved serving at Freedom Baptist Church in the Marche community.
The family would like to thank the staff, nurses, and doctors at The Lakes at Maumelle Health and Rehab for loving Norma and taking such great care of her during the 6 years she called The Lakes home.
Funeral Service will be January 4, 2021 at 10:00AM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Rev. John Valprezan officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at 9:00AM. A Private family burial will follow at the cemetery.
