My heart is absolutely broken. Roy was someone who was always up for a good chat. He loved talking about his children and grands and wanted to know about mine as well. Tanner, I knew about all your games your batting average etc. He was so proud of you. And all of his family. I hadn’t seen him in a while and missed him because I retired. I’m truly sorry for the entire family I can’t imagine the loss y’all are feeling. I’ll be praying for you all.

I first met Roy in 1982 when I started to work at GDX. Little did I know that 2 years later I would marry into the family. Roy was a good brother-in-law and friend. He was always joking around i think it's a Ring thing. Words can't even express just how heart broken we are. Know that we love all of you guys and you are in our prayers. Gail and I are here for you guys.

My deepest condolences to the family. I met Roy while I was working at WRHS. We discovered that we shared family (his brother was married to my aunt and is my uncle). After that, he stopped me and talked every time I saw him. Oh, how he loved to talk. He was an excellent worker and always went the extra mile. He was proud of the job he did. He was a kind man. His presence will be missed.

Uncle Roy, I wished I had hugged you and told you I love you, last month when we visited for the last time. I will miss you. I will always think you every time I see Uncle Troy. I believe you will always be a part of Troy.

You raised 3 wonderful boys.

Hopefully, Thelma will now know which twin you are and call you by name instead of calling you Twin. 😃

I know you are in a better place. I know you are having a wonderful reunion in heaven. Tell my dad and Gary I love and miss them.
I am sitting here thinking about all of the family that’s already there. You really are having a big reunion. That will give us comfort and make us wish we were there taking part of that reunion instead of being in this chaotic world.
Until we meet again, Love Janet
