What a loss for the Arkansas library community! As a Conway librarian I got to know Charlotte a little, and wished I had known her better. I certainly was impressed by her gentle spirit, her sense of humor, and dedication to making the UCA library a pleasant and helpful place to work and be.

I am so sorry to learn of the loss of Charlotte Evans Mulford.
I worked with Charlotte for several years at Torreyson Library
at the University Of Central Arkansas. Charlotte and I connected
because we both had an immense love of cats. She was a gentle,
sweet person.
