Judy Kay Branscum, age 69 of Leslie, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on October 19th, 1950 to William Clifton Branscum and Myrtis Irene Morrison Branscum.
Judy was a dedicated Christian who loved to read her bible and attend church. She attended the New Beginnings Church in Dennard for the last several years and attended the Marshall Community Church in prior years. Judy graduated from Leslie High School and went on to work at Flintrock, StitchCo and Levi's. In recent years she worked as an aid for Home Health. She enjoyed working in her yard. Her family and church family were very precious to her.
Survivors include two sons, Eric Knox Rodgers and wife Kisha of Harrison and Troy S. Rodgers and wife Marie of Lawton, OK; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Loretta Fariss and husband Kenneth of Marshall, Betty Branscum of Harrison, Janice Branscum of Conway, Kathy Parks and husband Larry of Virginia Beach, VA, Nancy Waitley of Marshall and Roger Branscum of Leslie; several nieces and nephews; and many other dear family and friends who will also mourn her passing.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents, William and Myrtis Branscum; and siblings, Wilma Broad, J.R. Branscum and Linda Lou Branscum.
Graveside services for Judy will be Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 at Elberta Cemetery near Leslie, Arkansas with Bro. Darrell Black officiating. Friends and family will serve as bearers. My heartfelt condolences for Judy's family! Though I hadn't seen her in years, I always remembered her as a soft spoken, loving and caring person.
Mrs. Judy had a very kind and compassionate heart for others, she never complained and held onto her faith. Her smile would light up a room. She will be great my missed. Prayers to her family and friends.

I’m so saddened to hear of Judy’s passing. She was a very sweet & quiet person even in our high school days. I’m so proud I got to see her & visit with her at our reunion last summer. My thoughts & prayers are with the family🙏🙏🙏

Judy was such a quiet and loving person, and I know her family will miss her so much. Her suffering is now over and she is with her Savior.
