Diane Louise (Pillsbury) Deavers, 71, of Leslie, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Diane was born on July 9, 1948 in Los Angeles, California to the late Mearl Fredrick and Mary Maxine (Stonesipher) Pillsbury. Diane worked in nursing, at a bread company, but her favorite job was a homemaker taking care of her beloved husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a powerful warrior for Christ and loved to spread the gospel to her family, friends, and even most recently while she was in hospice care. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Diane is survived by her sons, John Deavers and Christopher Deavers; daughters, Jessica Freeman and Charlotte Housley; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Mearl Fredrick and Mary Maxine (Stonesipher) Pillsbury; her beloved husband of 52 years, J.B. Calvin Deavers, and one sister Charlotte Pillsbury.

A memorial celebration will be held for Diane on Saturday, March 14, 2020, 2:00 PM at the home of her daughter, Charlotte, 885 High Street in Leslie, Arkansas.

Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
