Barbara Jean Hicks, 73, of Crossett, AR formerly of Benton, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Somerset Senior Living in Crossett. She was born November 7, 1945 in Pasadena, CA to the late John and Loretta Taylor of Gardena, CA. Mrs. Hicks was a retired cook in the restaurant business.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Hicks-Hood and husband, Randy of Crossett, AR formerly of Benton; sister, Nancy Anderson of Spokane, WA; nephew, Jeff Anderson of Claremont, CA; grandchildren, Tony Sovulewski and wife, Kaitlyn of Sardis, AR and Daniel Holcombe of Salem, AR; great-grandchildren, Caleb Hawthorn, Issac Sovulewski, Margaret Sovulewski, and Jett Holcombe, and many friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Ebenezer Cemetery in Tull with Terry Harrison officiating.
