Walter Lee York, of Batesville, Arkansas passed on September 2, 2018. He was born March 2, 1943 in Melrose, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Asberry York and Velma Daughtrey York Logan, two grandsons and one granddaughter.

He is survived by his children; Tanyua and Howard Davis of Pleasant Grove, Arkansas, Rhonda and Todd Milich of Reno, Nevada, Steve and Renee York of Reno, Nevada, and Shane York of West Virginia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, two brothers; Ronnie and Mike Logan and a sister, Sandra Bealmear.

Pallbearers are Howard Davis, David Ivy, Rocky Don Sutton, Bob Burns, Albert Dick, Justin Smith and Marcus Logan.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at York Cemetery. Brother Gary Don Fletcher will be officiating with Roller McNutt of Clinton providing the services.
