Audra "Pete" Morrison, 82, of Fox, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. Pete was born on December 6, 1935 in Mozart, Arkansas to the late Sherman W. and Ida L. (McKee) Martin. Pete earned a Bachelor's Degree and worked until retirement as an English teacher. Pete was a member of Bethlehem General Baptist Church in Fox, Arkansas and will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Pete is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Glenn Morrison of the home; one daughter, Amy Cornett and husband Tim of Heber Springs, Arkansas; one sister, Nola "Dude" Altman; one granddaughter, Cassie Smith and husband, Justin of Conway, Arkansas; one great-granddaughter, Avery Kate Smith and another great-grandbaby on the way, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Pete was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman W. and Ida L. (McKee) Martin; and two sisters, Wilma "Wink" Jean Rainboat, and Norma "Knock" Lee Solomon.
Visitation for Pete will be Thursday, July 5, 2018, from 1:00 2:00 PM at Bethlehem General Baptist Church in Fox, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 PM with Brothers David Campbell and Rowdy Ross officiating. Interment will follow the service at Fox Cemetery in Fox, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Marty Solomon, Robert Solomon, Casey Morrison, Tyler Morrison, Aaron Berry, and Jack Morrison. Honorary pallbearers are Teddy Morris and Chuck Melton.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

RIP, I remember meeting you on family vacations to Ark with my mom Billie Sue Kersey, daughter of Herman Martin. I remember your smile and great big hug even though you'd not seen me in years! My mom truly loved you! I know, you two are together now talking up a storm! May God bring peace to your family!
