Jacquelyne Anne Phelps, 87, of Harrison, passed away on March 18, 2026. She was born on June 19, 1938, in San Bernardino, California, to Wendall Clark Powers and Inez Constance Coville Powers. She was a homemaker, a member of First Christian Church, and was united in marriage to John T Phelps.
She was also a member of the Eastern Star and the Town and County Garden Club. Jackie enjoyed the friendships and fellowship she found through her church and community involvement, and she will be remembered for the care she gave to her family and those around her.
She is survived by her husband Tommy Phelps, her son, Billy Phelps; her daughter, Connie Hudson; her grandchildren, Kimberly Peek, Kim Davis, Tori Abernathy, Jessi Scott, Jay Eubanks, Tommy Hudson, Krystal Miller, and; and her sisters, Janice Stearns and Judy Woods and multiple great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Jeff Bauerlein; and her grandchildren, Callie Bauerlein, Mollie Bauerlein, and Presley Hudson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at First Christian Church officiated by Dr. Allan Thrasher and Reverend Laura West.
Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Hearthstone Sunday School Class.
