Rhonda Bennett

of Aubrey, AR

December 1, 1957 - March 17, 2026

Rhonda Bennett, 68, of Aubrey Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on Sunday, December 1, 1957, in Lancaster, California to the late Jack and Jane Thomas. Rhonda enjoyed many things throughout her life. Gardening, cooking, watching sports, her pets and family were her favorite. She loved to keep her house looking beautiful with numerous pretty flowers and plants that covered the yard. Rhonda's home cooked meals would fill the house with an amazing aroma every day. She loved to cook for her family and was very proud to serve them a delicious meal made from scratch. During her downtime, Rhonda liked to watch sports; especially the Razorbacks and her beloved Atlanta Braves. Rhonda's greatest achievement was being an amazing mother and Grammy to her boys and grandchildren. Rhonda loved her family and Jesus with all her heart. She leaves behind many special memories with her loved ones that bring an abundance of joy, smiles and laughter to those reminiscing. Rhonda will be remembered for her spunky attitude, bright smile and love for her family and friends.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Jane Thomas and her granddaughter, Karley Jayne Bennett.

She leaves behind a loving family who will continue to honor her memory: her husband, Marty Bennett; her sons, Brent Bennett and Tyler Bennett (Megan); her grandchildren, Sadie Grace Bennett and Elijah Cole Bennett; her brother, Randy Thomas (Susan) and a host of nieces and nephews.

Rhonda's legacy is one of love, laughter, faith and family. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit lives on in the stories shared, the meals enjoyed together and the strong family bonds she matured throughout her life.

A visitation service for Rhonda will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at McCurley Cemetery in Holly Grove, Arkansas.
