Mrs. Lula Mae Boyd, 89, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Mountain Home. She was born on November 29, 1936, in Baxter County to Melbert and Nola (Humphrey) Cantrell. She married Marlin Boyd on April 8, 1955, in Gainesville, Missouri. She retired from Marbax Shirt Factory after 20+ years and was a member of the Arkana Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and her pets. She was a friendly person who was loved by everyone she met.

Lula is survived by her son, Mark Boyd (Debbie); four sisters: Nelda Cantrell, Bobby Cantrell, Sue Kasinger, and Pat Manning; grand dogs; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother, Jimmy Cantrell.

A visitation will be held between 5:7:00pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Roller Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Martin Springs Cemetery.
