Reba Joyce Cooper, 85, of Jonesboro, AR, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born on January 20, 1941, in Nettleton, AR, to Warren and Jewel (Rickman) White. Reba attended business school after graduating high school and worked as an in-house and church childcare worker until her retirement. She was a member of Forest Home Nazarene Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, outings with her Lunch Bunch Ladies, and many church activities.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Millard Cooper, her parents, brother Wesley White, and sister Peggy Smith.
Those left to remember Reba are her children, son Stephen (Susie) Cooper, and daughters Louann (Steve) Hobson, Candy (Brian) Smith, and Susanna (Kevin) Townsend; grandchildren Stephanie, Ashley, Casi, Zachary, BJ, Brayden, Cooper, and Wesley; 5 great grandchildren with another on the way; sisters Mary Pustrom and Judy (Ralph) Bond; and many more family, friends and loved ones.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2pm at Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W. Washington Ave. Jonesboro, AR 72401) with Ken Stallings officiating.
In lieu of flowers, you can make a memorial contribution in Reba's name to Forest Home Church of Nazarene Building Fund (2403 Ritter Dr. Jonesboro, AR 72401).
