Harvey Neal ''Buster'' Hillenburg, Jr., 69, of Shirley, Arkansas was born on October 22, 1956, in Helena, Arkansas to the late Harvey Neal, Sr. And Reba (Caldwell) Hillenburg and passed from this life on February 15, 2026, in Perryville, Arkansas. Harvey lived a life that was marked by dedication to his family. He was well loved and known for his witty banter and capable hands.
Harvey is lovingly remembered by his children; Mark Neal Hillenburg (Naomi), Mandy Melisa Hillenburg (Richard), Jeremy Michael Hillenburg (Crystal) and Ashley Michelle Chapel (Timothy). He also leaves behind his brother, Thomas ''Buddy'' Hillenburg (Anita) and sister, Sally Carter (Trent). His legacy lives on through his ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held in his honor at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Senior Center, 311 Yellowjacket Lane, Clinton, AR, 72031. A private burial will take place at the Lute Mountain Cemetery in Shirley, Arkansas.

I'm so sorry about Mr. Harvey. He was definitely one of a kind. He for sure loved his kids & grandkids with all that he was. A very kind soul. I never saw a frown on his face. I was blessed to know him. Rest in peace.
