Carol Ann Manuel, 80, of Swan, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2026. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 24, 1945, and was lovingly raised by Joe Bill and Goldie Chipman. Carol worked within the city of Osceola, Arkansas for the school system as well as the hospital for many years. She later retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) painting crew. Carol enjoyed playing Sudoku and watching some of her favorite shows on the Bravo channel such as 90 Day Fiancé and Little People, Big World. She also found much joy in various outside activities later in life; she especially enjoyed sitting by the big picture window at her son's home watching the hummingbirds fluttering around.
Carol is survived by her sons: Randy Manuel and Kenneth Wayne Manuel, grandchildren: Randy Manuel Jr., Nicole Manuel, Chelsea Manuel and Cheyenna Manuel, and 5 great-grandchildren. Carol is preceded by her parents, and beloved son: Jason Ray Manuel.
A graveside service will be held at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Arkansas on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

Rest in Peace ! My condolences to the family during this difficult time. I knew her growing up in Osceola, Arkansas. The people who raised her, the Chipmans, lived across the street from us. My siblings and I knew and were friends with her children, especially Kenny Wayne.
