of Batesville, MS
November 3, 1973 - February 6, 2026
Lisa Ann Gibson (Hill), age 52, of Batesville, Mississippi, went to be with her Heavenly Father on February 6, 2026. She is now walking with the Lord, free and filled with the peace she spoke of so often.
Known for a smile and a laugh that could light up any room, Lisa was a constant source of warmth and light to everyone who knew her.
To her beloved grandchildren, she was "Leela," the woman who brought magic to every moment. Whether it was a holiday, a birthday, or just a Tuesday, Lisa had a way of making life twinkle. She was a woman of deep faith who loved God, and that love flowed naturally into her devotion to her family.
Lisa found joy in the simple and the beautiful; she loved scrapbooking precious memories, traveling to new places, and, most of all, spending time at home surrounded by the people she loved. While she had many passions, her proudest achievement was her children. She loved her babies more than anything in the world.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Kevin Gibson; her mother, Lynda Rice and Franklin; and her brother, Mitch Hill.
She also leaves behind her children: Brandon Rose and his wife Alyssa (children Camden and Benny); Breona Blankenship and her husband Brent; Keirsten Latiolais and her family; Lauren Thompson; Haley Thompson; Preston Thompson; and Bethany Phillips, her husband Richard, and their son Colton.
Lisa's kindness and her caring spirit left a mark on everyone she met. While she is no longer with us here, her family takes comfort in knowing she is walking the streets of gold. She will be deeply missed, but the "magic" she created will live on in the hearts of her family forever.
A graveside service honoring the life of Lisa Ann Gibson will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in West Helena, Arkansas. Brother Claude Mills will officiate. Interment will follow.
Services will be directed by the staff of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870)-572-2571. Relatives and friends may sign the online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/westhelena.
