Jessie Lee Johnson

of Coal Hill, AR

December 9, 1967 - February 1, 2026

Jessie Johnson, 58, a resident of Coal Hill, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born December 9, 1967, in Russellville, Arkansas, to Raymond Douglas Johnson and Sybil (Collins) Hughes.

Jessie never met a stranger. He loved traveling and meeting people in new places. He helped and affected lives across the country. He would give just about anything he had to anyone if he had it to give. Jessie enjoyed working on cars and trucks, whether to build or take apart, he didn't care either way. It wasn't until his kids were born that he found his true purpose in this life. He dedicated his life from that point on to raising them and did an amazing job. Jessie enjoyed spending time with his family and loved them dearly. He was quick to help anytime he was able and family gatherings were some of his favorite times. His quick smile, his stories, his laugh will be missed. Jessie will always be remembered, he will be forever loved and always in our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond D. Johnson; stepmother, Glenna Johnson; brother, Raymond I. Johnson; nephew, Devin Wiggins, and his beloved pets, Tanner and Sugar.

Jessie is survived by his daughter, Annabelle Johnson of Ozark, Arkansas; his son, Dyllan Johnson of Coal Hill, Arkansas; his mother, Sybil (Collins) Hughes; his siblings, Richard S. Johnson, Brandy L. Wiggins, Tina M. Fockler, Rachel D. (Vincent) Johnson-Lau, Jody A. (Jackie) Johnson, Aaron D. (Chasity) Johnson, Glenn B. (Crystal) Johnson; many nieces and nephews, and six grand-dogs he loved very much.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 2, 2026, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

I love you and will miss you so much. You always came when we needed you and you always had so much to tell us about. I was not ready for you to go but you are out of pain and with your brother (my dad). I just wish Alyjah would have hid your keys in stead of your shoes to keep you here.

You always kept an eye on my dad for me when you were his neighbor, and always made sure to let me know you were still here for us if we needed anything after he passed. Now you can keep an eye on him for me again šŸ¤rest in love friend.
