Tracy Gene Parham

of Rolla, MO

December 21, 1961 - January 27, 2026

Tracy Gene Parham, 64, of Rolla, MO, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27 in Rolla surrounded by loving family and caregivers. He was born on December 21, 1961, in Osceola, Arkansas to his loving parents Edward Eugene and Lillian Lavone ''Donnie'' Eatmon Parham. Tracy lived with lifelong disabilities, yet his presence among family and friends was big and deeply felt. He will be remembered for his love of everything Elvis, concerts on his keyboard, love of thumbing through catalogs, listening to old-time sermons on the radio, and eating ''pop-pop'' with his dad. Tracy was always joyful in his greetings at seeing visiting siblings like his sister Kim and brother Tim. Throughout his life, his parents focused on Tracy's well-being, providing unwavering love, support, and care for all 64 years.

Tracy is survived by his mother Donnie of Washington, MO; his sister Kimberly (Mike) Coulter of Washington; his brother Timothy (Stacey) Parham of Bentonville, AR; nephew Jacob (Alex) Parham of Pea Ridge, AR; niece Emily (Patrick) Reynolds of Rogers, AR; great nephew Beckett Alan Reynolds; great niece Elizabeth ''Ellie'' Parham; his uncle Tommy (Judy) Parham of Greenbrier, TN; and his aunt Glynda (Bob) Wilson of Hot Springs, AR. He is preceded in death by his loving father Ed Parham.

The family wants to thank a host of wonderful caregivers for Tracy throughout his life including those closest to Tracy at Rolla's Choices for People residence. A private family service and interment will be conducted by Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola, AR, held on Saturday, January 31, 2026. In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorials to be sent to the local sheltered workshop, Empac Group, 1600 W. Main, Washington, MO 63090.

We treasure the times that we got to spend with Tracy and were delighted by his exuberance for pizza and especially ice cream. He was such a gentle, loving and sweet soul. Tracy was a gift from God to all who knew him.
