Larry Alton Neal, lovingly known as Daddy, Papa, son, brother, and uncle bubba, passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 56 years and 2 months. Larry was born on November 2, 1969, in Osceola, Arkansas, to Larry Leon Neal and Barbara Ann Stokes (Williams).
He was a hardworking man who never gave up and lived life on his own terms. Larry spent most of his life farming, hunting, fishing, and living as if there was no tomorrow.
Larry was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was known for his kind heart, for being a man of his word, and for being a ''hella good outlaw.'' To those who knew him, Larry was an amazing man who would give you the shirt off his back. He was a strong brother who would walk through hell to help his sisters, and he always made sure his daughters knew they had someone listening and cheering them on as their biggest fan.
Larry is survived by his three daughters: Tisha Griffin, Sara (Matt) Jones, and Tyra Neal-McKellar; 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Barbara Williams; his father and stepmother, Larry and Shirley Neal; his sisters, Tracy (Robert) Wallace, Lena Williams, Katie (Buddy) Williams; and Pam Elrod, the mother of his children along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will greatly miss him.
Larry was preceded in death by his K9 best friend, Bubba JR.; his stepdad Leamon Williams; his grandparents, Momma and Poppa Neal, and Maw Maw and Paw Paw Allison; his granddaughter, Caseleigh Joe; and his nephew, Jacob Brian.
Larry's memory will live on through the stories told, the laughter shared.
Public Visitation will be held in the chapel of Roller Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
