Hunter Aaron Cruce, 36, a resident of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026, at home. He was born April 6, 1989, in Warren, Arkansas to Jason and Karen (Ivey) Cruce.
Hunter was a beloved son, father, husband, and brother. He worked patiently and lovingly to build a strong, cherished relationship with his son, Jordin, while making memories that will live on forever. That is one thing that Hunter always wished for him and Jordin. As a husband, Huner loved his wife with unwavering devotion, showing her every day how much she meant to him. He also embraced his role as a stepfather with an open heart, loving his stepchildren as his own. Hunter was deeply loved by his mother, who supported him through every challenge and triumph with unconditional love and support and guidance. Hunter was cherished by his siblings with whom he shared laughter, memories, and unbreakable bonds. After life's struggles Hunter was able to build a strong, loving connection with his family and friends, cherishing every moment together. Hunter was a light in this world… someone whose happiness was contagious and whose presence made life brighter for everyone around him. He had a contagious smile, a big heart, and a laugh that could change the mood of an entire room. If Hunter was around, you knew it and chances are you were smiling. He made serious moments lighter and good memories even better. Hunter was loved by many and left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Though his time with us was far too short his legacy lives on through his family and friends, and the countless memories he created. While we grieve at his passing, we rejoice in knowing that he has been welcomed into heaven and is now at peace. Although this goodbye is temporary, may God surround our family with strength, grace, and peace until the day we are reunited again.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jason Cruce; his grandfather, Dannie Ivey; his grandmother, Janis Cruce; and his uncle, Scott Cruce.
