Waylon Lee Gann, 49, of Trumann, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026. He was born in West Memphis, Arkansas, on October 6, 1976, to Danny Gann and Debra Becker Wilhite. Waylon was enlisted in the National Guard from 1995 to 1999. He enjoyed basketball, chess, riding his bike, and motorcycles. Waylon holds the state track record at Rivercrest High School. He was a creative soul who played the guitar and wrote many songs and poems. Waylon loved his family and enjoyed spending time coloring and playing outside with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters: Kaylon (Justin) Lucy of Jonesboro, Courtney Gann of Dyersburg, Tuesday Lynn Gann of Dyersburg, and Kiyara Gann of Manila, grandchildren: Layla, Lynnix, Walker, Warner, mother: Debra (Rex) Wilhite of Mountain Home, father: Danny Gann of Keiser, brothers: Gary Gann of St. Joe, MO, Kevin (Angie) Gann of Vine Grove, KY, Michael (Brittany) Bishop of Alma, AR, sister: Stephanie (Tyler) Hancock of Blytheville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Robert and Mary Becker, paternal grandparents: Junior Gann, Billy and Joann Waltrip, and his sister: Tuesday Denise Gann. A visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, with the Funeral Service following at 1:00 pm. Committal will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
