Steven Christopher Strieder

of Marion, AR

February 26, 1968 - January 12, 2026

Steven Christopher Strieder, known lovingly as ''Steve,'' age 57, of Marion, Arkansas, passed away at his home on January 12, 2026.

Steve was born on February 26, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee. He spent his life as a hardworking auto mechanic and heavy machinery operator, known for his strong work ethic, skill with his hands, and willingness to help others whenever he could.

Steve found his greatest joy in his family. He loved fishing, hunting with his sons, and spending time outdoors, fully embracing farm life. Above all, he treasured spoiling his grandchildren and making memories with those he loved. His presence was steady, his heart generous, and his love for his family unwavering.

Steve is survived by his devoted wife, Cristell Strieder (Brumley); his daughter, Bailey (Blake) Bryant of Gosnell, Arkansas; his sons, Jonathan (Kelsey) Bailey, Hunter (Abigail) Bailey, and Noah Strieder, all of Marion, Arkansas. He was a proud grandfather to London Bryant, Landynn Bryant, Baker Bryant, Blakelyn Bryant, Cody Bailey, Elizabeth Bailey, and Emily Bailey.
He is also survived by his brother, Michael Strieder of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his sister, Christina (Rick) Smith of Norman, Oklahoma; and seven nieces and nephews.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Dietmar Strieder and Linda Bailey Strieder, and by his beloved grandson, Boss Rhett Bryant.

Steve will be remembered for his deep love of family, his quiet strength, and the many ways he showed up for those around him.

His legacy lives on in the lives of his children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know him.
