So sad losing a cherished classmate. I think anyone who ever knew her considered her a friend forever. She was amazing at keeping our classmates in touch throughout the years. So grateful! My deepest condolences to her family. Wonderful lady who left her mark on so many

I am so sorry I am behind the times and just reading this sad news this evening. Billie was close friends of my mother and father in law, Ann and Herman Foster of Yellville. I use to serve several of their friends at the Front Porch Restaurant back in the 2000's and up to 2010 and they were such a fun group to be around. Harold and Carrie Mears come to mind and sadly memory fails me now. I am picturing faces I can't put names to at this moment in time which makes me very sad I want to offer my deepest heartfelt sympathies to Billie's surviving family members and friends. She was an awesome lady and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

"What made us Friends in the long ago when first we met Well, I think I know; the best in me and the best in you hailed each other because they knew that always and always since life began, our being Friends was part of God's plan." Rest in peace my Summit Friend.

Mary, many years ago I worked with , both , Billie and Rob in the Data processing Dept at Mar-Bax. They were both wonderful, and made those days so much fun! Sending my sympathies to you and all Billie's family.
