Bob Gene Castleberry, of Conway, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, January 7th, 2026. He was born on January 31st, 1931, in Greenbrier, Arkansas, to Jack and Marie Castleberry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Marie Castleberry, his wife, Joanne Castleberry, and his son, Jack Castleberry.

Bob enjoyed his family very much. He had a contagious laugh that could always be heard when spending time with his family and friends. His trademark sense of humor was a favorite of all who knew him. Known for his love of golf, he spent many afternoons with friends on the golf course and never missed an opportunity to take his grandkids for a round of golf.

He worked hard and had a successful career as a JC Penney Manager and then as a business owner. He was very active with his Lakeside Methodist Church family as well as many friends throughout his community.

Bob is survived by his children; Susan Castleberry, David and Dawn Castleberry, Linda Castleberry Lance, and daughter-in-law Lynn Castleberry, as well as several l grandchildren and great grandchildren.
