Doug and I have been friends since the early eighties and have visited his home many times. I have always enjoyed our visits as there was Doug who kept me going with interesting conversations. I do not get out much any more as I am my wife's caregiver but I still thought about Doug and Mary and Michael as the years slipped by. I miss my friend and wish I had called him more often but I thank God that I was privileged to know and be friends with Doug and his family
I pray that God comforts the family especially Mary during this time of great loss.

So sorry to hear that Doug has past. He was a good neighbor and a Patriot who we loved to kid around with. Our son Jeremy also thought a lot of him. May the Lord bless and comfort you all during this difficult time.
