Bernetta Louise (Murphy) Adcock, age 84, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Bernetta was born on August 18, 1941, in Rogers, Arkansas, the beloved daughter of Lewis Henry Murphy and Reba Jane (Sooter) Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Eddie Ray Adcock, her brothers-in-law Winston Prophet, Gerald Adcock, Richard Adcock, & Larry Adcock, two daughters Cheryl (Adcock) Webb and Denise Adcock, and two sons-in-law Russ Wade and Gary Webb.

Bernetta wore many hats throughout her life. She was wife & business partner to her husband Eddie. They owned and operated ADCO Elevator Drilling Company together. She worked on job sites along with their crew of roughnecks. Bernetta & her husband also owned and operated ADCO Mustang. She enjoyed helping her customers find what they needed to restore their classic Mustang cars. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic inspired those around her, and she always found time to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Bernetta was a homemaker for her daughters along with being a proud Nana, Grandmother, Great Grandmother & Great-great Grandmother for many. Bernetta also had many talents. She enjoyed making things with her own hands. She was good at sewing, woodworking, crafting, making jewelry, and she loved to read.

Bernetta is cherished for her gentle spirit, her unwavering love for her family, and her dedication to her Mustang enthusiast community. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness and generosity. Bernetta enjoyed spending time with her family, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. Her legacy of warmth and compassion will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Bernetta is survived by her sisters Irene Prophet of Rogers, Arkansas, Diana Warner and husband Glen of Rogers, Arkansas, Terisa McGuire and husband Gary of Rogers, Arkansas, Dottie Henry and husband Leonard of Rogers, Arkansas, and one brother Leon Murphy and wife Sharon of Harrison, Arkansas, daughters, Terina (Adcock) Lee and her husband Donnie of Harrison, Arkansas, Subrina (Adcock) Zeller and her husband Ronnie of Lawrence, Kansas, Julia (Adcock) Wade of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Belinda (Adcock) Walsh and her husband Patrick of Russellville, Arkansas, sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, six great-great grand children and many, many other family members and friends. Bernetta will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home with Jerry Lee officiating the services. Burial will follow at the Maple Leaf Cemetery.
