Earnest ''Ernie'' Gene Rash, 66, of Earle, Arkansas passed away on December 4, 2025. He was born on October 31, 1959 in Turrell, Arkansas and spent his life in the Shell Lake and Earle communities where he grew up, raised his family and built a lifetime of memories.
Ernie was a lifelong truck driver, a profession he took great pride in. He knew the road well and he worked hard to provide for the people he loved.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Rash (Chadwick); his son, Chad Rash and wife, Leann Cupples Rash; his daughter, Casey Barkley (Rash) and husband, Drew Barkley and his grandchildren, Corey Rash, Aaron Barkley and Austin Barkley, who brought him immeasurable joy.
Ernie loved the outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing or simply taking in the quiet of the world around him. His greatest love, however, was his family.

Linda, Chad and Casey,
