O.D. (Red) Sisson of Vilonia, AR entered into the arms of his heavenly father on December 4, 2025 at 91 years old. Red was born on November 19, 1934 to Clarence and Alice Jane Sisson. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Reba Shuemake (Jim), Jana Clements (L.G.) and his brother, Jerry Sisson; his son, Steve Sisson and his daughter-in- law, Debbie Baxter Sisson.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Sisson of 72 years; his son, Stan Sisson (Jana) of Vilonia, AR; his grandkids, Jacob McDaniel (Ashlee) of Cabot, AR, Ben Sisson (Melanie) of Vilonia, AR, Blake Sisson (Kori) of Vilonia, AR, Trampas Sisson of Vilonia, AR, Brooks Sisson (Paige) of Conway, AR and Bailey Eller (Nathan) of Paragould, AR. A highly skilled carpenter, he led the construction of numerous Embassy Suites Hotels across the United States as well as several notable projects for the Vilonia School District, including the Vilonia High School gym and the district's first turf football field.

Red had a passion for El Caminos and antique cars, owning several throughout his life. His greatest pride in recent years was his 1930 Model A. After retirement, he continued to spend countless hours in his shop, where he remained close to the work he loved. He was also an avid Razorback and St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Deepest sympathy to our dear family for the loss of their loved husband, father, grandfather, leader, friend, and hero. We have precious memories of our long-time and close friendship. His coronation leaves both sadness but rejoicing. We are thankful that God allowed our paths in life to be closely connected. Our prayers that God's grace will be with all of you.
