Charles Russel Lee, 82, of Vilonia, Arkansas, passed away peacefully in the hospital on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
He was born on March 5, 1943, to Roy V. Lee and Eulas Lee. He was preceded in his death by his parents; his oldest brother, R. B. Lee and wife Frances Lee; brother, Von Lee and wife Violet Lee; and brother-in-law and best friend, Larry G. ''Sonny'' Harris.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Lee of almost 11 years of Vilonia, Arkansas, his son, Justin Lee (Cindy) of Conway, Arkansas, his daughter, Carla Lee of Vilonia. His three grandchildren, Nikole Juillerat (Matt) of Siloam Springs, Haylee Reeves (Travis) of Vilonia, his most precious grandson, Ty Marshall (Raeann) of Vilonia. And his four great grandsons, Morgan Juillerat, Gunner, Parker, and Cole Reeves. His one beloved sister, Linda Harris, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews who referred to him as Uncle Charlie and Uncle BoBo.
Charles was a very well known and skilled carpenter in the cabinet industry of over 50 years owning his own cabinet shops, Lee's Cabinet and LeeCab. He also loved being a shuttle bus driver for students at UCA. He made sure to know all his students and made sure they had what they needed before leaving his shuttle. He was also a very devoted Christian and member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Charles was a Veteran of the Army National Guard and absolutely loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles and traveling in his RV with his wife. In his younger days, he loved to crappie fish and rodeo.
The family would really like to thank Conway Regional Hospital, all the doctors, nurses, and staff, for their compassionate care and sincerity in the last days of Charles' life.
Visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm Monday, December 8, 2025, at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vilonia. A graveside service will be held at 10am Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Beryl Cemetery, with Brother Randy Cloud, Hal Sellers, and Tyler Bass officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Lee, Shawn Harris, Brandon Harris, Justin Bailey, Cooper Lee, and Steven Sellers. Honorary pallbearers are Mark Lee and Tyler Bass.
