Ronnie G. Woody, 74, of Fifty Six, Arkansas, passed away on December 2, 2025, at home surrounded by family and friends.
Ronnie or better known by family and friends as ''Woody'' was born to Truman and Beulah (Vickers) Woody on August 20, 1951, in Marshall, Arkansas. Woody served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1973. He worked at Boeing where he retired.
Woody was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed playing softball, basketball and baseball. His talent as a pitcher got him drafted by the Chicago Cubs minor league. His laugh was contagious and all who knew him loved him. His love for his family, friends and pets was always apparent.
Woody is survived by his wife, Diana Woody; son, Shawn (Crystal) Woody; 6 grandchildren, Dylan Woody, Gavin Pritchett, Kaytelynn Buazard, Rebekkah Buazard, MaKayla Buazard and Hunter Buazard; brother-in-laws, Johnny (Marbie) Mitchell, Harold (Rachel) Mitchell; sister-in-law, Debbie Mitchell; as well as many nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
Woody is preceded in death by parents, Truman and Beulah Woody; sisters, Joan McQuain and Sheila Horton.
