This brings my prayers of peace and grace for Billy and Judy's family. Judy and I grew up together in West Little Rock on Kanis Road. I have wonderful memories of those years.

I have known the Nebling family all my life. My grandmother, Lois Plunkett and Mildred Nebling were long time friends. My years growing up at Rose Hill Church with them are cherished memories for me. I am so very sorry for your loss of this precious lady. Billy, you are in my thoughts and prayers for strength and courage as you go on with your life. May God be with you until you two are together once again.

Billy and family, we are so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. Sending love and prayers of comfort to you all.

To all the family, Steve and I are grieved with you in the loss of Judy. She was such a joy to be around and share a laugh with. Praying for you as you recall your precious memories.

Jerry and I are sorry to hear of Judy's passing. She was always so full of life. Couldn't find a neighbor better than Judy. I always enjoyed the conversations she and I would have outside in the yard our sitting in the kitchen. Praying for all of you .

I was privileged to be Judy's Pastor for many years. Both Judy, and her husband Billy, have been our dear friends for many years. They were outstanding Churchmen. Judy was always vibrant and a joy to be with and will be missed. Prayers for the family.

Billy, Tammy, and Peggy. My heart is broken for you all. This is one that was loved by many. I will see you on Wednesday not going to try Tuesday night with roads being wet and Chuck not able to drive well at night. Love you all.

It was such a joy to be around Judy. She loved Billy, Life and her Lord. We will miss her smile and mischievous laugh.

Judy was a 'Grand Lady.' It was a pleasure working with her, at First Security Bank.

Judy was such a good friend and neighbor for many years. She will be sorely missed. Judy had such a way of making you feel so good in any situation. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends.

Billy and Family, it is hard to find the words to express how saddened we were to hear of the passing of Judy. How we all loved her, especially her laughter and joking. There was no one quite so good at bringing joy to someone with just a little ''talk''. She had a magic way of lighting up the room.

I'm glad we had the visit a couple weeks ago
God bless the family in the future
