Emily June Schletter, 91, of Jonesboro, AR, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025, at her home. She was born June 18, 1934, in Camden, NJ, to Carl W. and Elsie E. (Phillips) Deopp.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 68 years, Robert Weiss Schletter; a son, Gary E. Schletter; a granddaughter, Jessica Morris; two brothers, William Deopp and Carl Deopp; and one sister, Elsie Dick.
Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Emily include her son, Glenn (Beth) Schletter; two daughters, Deborah L. (Jan) Morris and Susan R. (Kent) Wilson; eight grandchildren, Glenn R. Schletter, Jr., Kristina Garcia, Stephanie Ptacek, Ryan A. Morris, Brandon Morris, Austin Southern, Collin Southern, and Kaylee Wooten; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
