Lenora Roper, age 81 years, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on September 12th, 1944 to Hobert Marshall and Bonnie Patterson Marshall.
Lenora was a strong Christian lady who lived her faith. She graduated from Marshall High School. She spent her working years as a store clerk at the Tobacco Outlet and worked for the Searcy County Courthouse for many years until her retirement. Lenora enjoyed riding horses and liked to crochet. She loved the Lord, her family and her little dog, Pepper.
Survivors include her son, Wade Dean Roper of Onia and one sister, Pauline Ragland of Pryor, Oklahoma.
Lenora is preceded in death by her parents, Horbert and Bonnie Marshall and one sister, Glendola Baker.
Graveside services for Lenora will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 at Grandview Cemetery near Morning Star with Bro. Steve Jones officiating. Friends and family will serve as bearers. Burial will follow the graveside services where Lenora will be laid to rest between her mother and sister.
