Loretta Ann (Duncan) Willoughby was born in Shirley, Arkansas on June 26,1940 to Robert Theodore and Anna Belle (Reece) Duncan. She walked through the pearly gates on October 30, 2025.
During her early years, she traveled with her husband JM, following the telephone construction business, where he worked until 1965. They returned to Van Buren County where they were raised and raised their children. She was a long-standing member of The New Beginnings Church in Dennard. She resided at Lefler Estates for over 30 yrs after her husband's passing in 1992. She enjoyed Halloween there because she loved dressing up and handing out candy to the kids.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Annie; her husband, JM; daughter, Sherry; 4 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by 1 sister, Bonnie Rowley of Atkins; 2 daughters, Patsy Ward (Jerry) of Rushing, Janie Payne (Rick) of Alabama; 1 son, John Willoughby (Debbie) of Clinton; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren and a large group of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Visitation is Monday, November 3, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2025 with interment following at Bluffton Cemetery on Watergate Road.

I'm just now finding out about Loretta's passing. I'm so sorry for the family's loss, Loretta was such a sweet lady. Loretta and myself are 2nd cousins, her dad and my grandfather were brothers. I will be praying for the Lord to give comfort, strength and peace to the family.

I have known Sister Loretta for about 50 years and the one thing that always stood out was her faithful walk with the Lord . God bless her family as she always showed you the right path because she always loved you.

To the family. So very sorry for your loss. Loretta worked as a CNA. At the nursing home years ago when I worked there in house keeping. Also her and Uncle J M used to go to the signings at the Foursquare church at the end of Watergate Rd. She was a good woman and will be missed. She is with Jesus, Dherty and Uncle J M now. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
