So terribly sad to hear this news…met Larry and Gradye while camping…we enjoyed visiting and telling stories while having a cold one… so enjoyed Larry's bubbly personality… prayers for all especially Gradye

We have lots of memories that we have shared over the years. Allen and I always loved spending time together with you, Gradye, and the family. Trips to deer camp, the lake and Lamar were the best times ever. Losing both you and Andrea have left a big hole in several friends and family's hearts. I know where Andrea got her kindness and good heart from. Miss and love you, until we meet again.

Gradye & Heather, We are so sorry for your loss. It has been a lot of years since we have connected with you guys, but we look on the years we spent with you guys. All of the times we spent together as the best of friends. Our times together at the lakes camping and just being together. We had been talking about reaching out to you guys and are so sorry we didn't, but please know you and Heather are in our thoughts and prayers and you are on our prayer list at Church. We would love to hear from you any time. Love to your whole family at this very sad time.

My Great Grandfather was an amazing man and he always knew what to do, I could talk to him about anything. He could swim like no other and as strong as an ox. I wish I could have had more time with him. I know he is up in heaven enjoying fishing and watching over us❤️

I had a lot of respect for Larry. Andrea was a nice lady.

I am so sorry for your loss. Larry always brought joy to everyone and I'll never forget how much he made me laugh. May God wrap his arms around your family.

Gradye, I was so sorry to hear about your tragic loss of Larry and your daughter. I always thought Larry's work ethic and drive toward success was rooted in his love for you and the girls. A gregarious and adventurous guy that loved his family and was loyal to his friends and the company he worked for. Grace and peace be with you and your family.

Larry and I worked together at AFCO Metals for many years. I counted him as a friend. Larry impressed me with his work ethic and his attention to detail. His quick wit, a joke and a hearty laugh was always present. In time Larry pushed me to leave my position in the Accounting group and take an opening with the Sales department. I told him no and that that was not for me. He kept pushing me and I finally relented. Work wise it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I owe much to Larry for his persistence.
This tragedy hurts so many people. My heart goes out to his wife Gradye and all of his family.
Rest in Peace my friend.

I first met Larry when he became the Manager of Afco/Ryerson in West Memphis, Ark. He always handled our account, even though he was the Manager and didn't have too. They had several
Mangers before him and they didn't last very long. I asked him, so how long are you going to stay He said to me, I started here in 1966 and I have worked my way up to this job and I not going to Quit. Now they may Fire Me, But I give you my word.... I'm not going to Quit.
He was a Man of his word and will missed by all the new him.

Sending all of our love and condolences,
Also praying for strength and comfort

Larry was my first boss at Afco Metals in Little Rock after I graduated college in 1987. He started at the bottom and worked his way up via hard work and an extraordinary amount of not-so-common sense. It was a privilege to work for and around him. Our thoughts and prayers are and will be with his family.
