She is also survived by two sisters, Frieda Weiss and Erna Doering.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date under the direction of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home of Benton.

Brigitte and I met Rosel in 2000 when we moved to Raleigh NC. She attended at Raleigh First A/G and was excited to have met us as German-speaking Christians. From that point forward, she participated with us on various projects like home Bible studies, German Advent Services in Fayetteville & Raleigh, etc.
When we received a call to pastor a German heritage church in Tacoma WA, she vowed to keep us in prayer, a promise she kept even in our last phone call in August 2025.
We will miss this Prayer Warrior - may our Savior, Jesus Christ, comfort her loved ones. Like the Apostle Paul said, "Follow me as I followed Christ!" Do this in keeping her legacy alive.

Very sorry for your loss. She was a sweet lady. Many times she was over here and played cards with us. Not to be forgotten for sure

Ich hab dich lieb ❤️
Werde dich nicht vergessen liebe Tante Rosel

Sorry for your loss. We'll be praying for you.

I loved Ms. Rosa very much. The last time I saw her she wrote a prayer in her journal, and made two copies, one for her and one for me. She tore a page out of the journal and gave it to me. I will treasure it. She was beautiful and we had so many chats about recipes. She promised to give me her cabbage roll recipe the next time I saw her. She meant a lot to me and I will miss her so much. My prayers go out to her family who she loved so much.

I love you Omi ❤️ Hope your having the time of your life with Jesus.

Ich liebe dich Omi
