I loved Ms. Rosa very much. The last time I saw her she wrote a prayer in her journal, and made two copies, one for her and one for me. She tore a page out of the journal and gave it to me. I will treasure it. She was beautiful and we had so many chats about recipes. She promised to give me her cabbage roll recipe the next time I saw her. She meant a lot to me and I will miss her so much. My prayers go out to her family who she loved so much.
