Belinda ''Sis'' Williams, 68, of Trumann, AR, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025, at her home. She was born on September 25, 1957, in Flint, MI. Belinda worked as a Forklift driver for Nice-Pak before retiring to take care of her husband.
Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, Carl D. Smith and Snow McCoy; her husband, Phillip Watts; and five brothers Ron, Don, Rick, Vick and Mike Smith.
Survivors include her son George Ernest Hannah, II; a daughter, Cassandra Williams; three grandchildren, Weston Coots, Madison Smith and Lukas Smith; and a brother, Robert Smith (John Norberg).
Chapel services will be 2 pm Monday, October 27, 2025, at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.
Visitation will precede the service and begin at 1 pm.
