Marvin Cecil Cranford, born on January 14th of 1956, peacefully joined his family in Heaven on October 18th, of 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the beloved son of Gene and Lucille Cranford.
Marvin spent over 40 years being a truck driver, during this time he won plenty of awards and had many accomplishments. He spent time training many people, including family. Marvin was always a hardworking man, even at the age of retirement. He would spend his time doing yard work, whether it was his yard or someone else's. When he wasn't working, he would spend his time relaxed and fishing with his brothers or eating his sister's home cooked meals. He was a loving family man who cherished his kids, grandkids, siblings and his nieces and nephews. He will be missed, not only by family, but by many friends as well.
He is survived by his son, Tommy Cranford (Kim) and his daughter, Elya Flores (Adrian) and his stepsons, Patrick Hamilton, David Davidson, Leon Davidson and his stepdaughter, Shirley McCall, otherwise known as Sissy (JJ), many grandkids; two brothers, Thomas Cranford (Lisa) and Paul Cranford and two sisters, Edna Muller (Jacob) and Linda Norwood (Brad) and multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his sister Priscilla Sue Cranford and his nephew, David Cranford.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 6P.M. to 8P.M. at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, located at 10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR 72209. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23 at 11 A.M. at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, located at 10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR 72209 with Pastor Cody Elliot from Joy Church officiating. The burial service will follow at Woods Cemetery, 1021 Cemetery Road, Little Rock, AR 72206.
Pallbearers will be Eric Ly (grandson), Phoenix Taylor (great-nephew), Chase Taylor (great-nephew), Kevin Cranford (nephew), Shane Taylor (nephew) and Alvie Taylor (nephew).

It was a great man I used to live in Houston with Donnie Leonard he passed away so I had to move away I went and seen his brother and him all the time at their little yard sale deal he was a good man or I'm going to miss him love to the family

Will miss you alot. You were always happy go lucky. Rip. We will meet again in heaven.

I have the best childhood memories at "Uncle Gene's". Every weekend with cousins going fishing and many other adventures. Rest in peace and may God's grace be with your family.
