Mary Kathleen Baxley

of Hattieville, AR

November 14, 1981 - October 13, 2025

Mary Kathleen Baxley was called home to our Lord and Savior on October 13, 2025, at the age of 43, following an accident. She was born on November 14, 1981, to Mike and Linda Cusack in Helena, AR. She went to Barton High School, Class of 1999.

Mary dedicated her life to serving others. She started a house-cleaning business 13 years ago, and she was working to establish a non-profit to advocate for the elderly. Mary married Brad Baxley on March 22, 2016, in Destin, FL.

Everyone who knew Mary was impressed with her selflessness and generosity. She was resourceful and sacrificial, and it was evident in all her interactions with others. To know Mary was to love her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Agnus Cusack, and Sydney and Carrie Alice.

She is survived by her husband, Brad Baxley; her children, Katelyn Knuckles, Rosalie Knuckles, Hunter Knuckles, Jacob Baxley, and McKenzie Baxley. As well as her bonus children, Gabriella Baxley, and Kariann Baxley; her parents, Mike and Linda Cusack; her siblings, Chris (Kacie) Cusack, Martha Cusack, and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 20 from 4-6 pm at Roller-McNutt Funeral home in Conway, AR. Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, October 21, located at Northside Church of Christ in Conway, with burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, AR.

Mary was a hard working, sweet lady. She cleaned for me for several years and always did a good job. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was a gem.

Mary was a very loving person. Loved her family. She loved her church family in Conway while she live in town. Had a very sweet smile and laughter. Prayers for the family.

Mary truly had a servants heart. So very sorry you kids and all of her family are having to go thru this! I love you all! Keep each other close and look to the Lord to give you strength. Sending prayers and love to you.
